Let’s talk about real customer service!!! I walked in looking for a part for a new mower purchased at another place (blue box). I was speaking with the parts guy, the owner of the company Mr. Sharpe came out of his office told me that I was wasting my money buying a part. Ask when I bought the mower, ask for my receipt. That’s only the beginning!!!

He (Mr.Sharpe) registered the unit to me, told me to leave the mower and it would be taken care of FULLY under warranty that was 1130- 12noon.

I left the mower told them it was no rush as I was going out of town for 10 days starting Monday.

Well at 4:37pm (same day) I received a text message that the mower was ready.

Real old school customer service!!!

Sharpe’s is truly a great place to deal with. As a homeowner purchasing equipment from there they were extremely helpful! when my wife and I decided to start our business 2 years ago each time we call, all questions are answered/and parts ordered. I have a mower i really like, a personal pace 2016 model. I spent more than it's worth to have these guys fix the issue of left wheel locking while rolling backwards. They kept it for 10 weeks and I just used last week and it still does the exact same thing. Be very careful here.
